This is a special spot. On the southern edge of Sariska, it's the origin point of Nanduwali river, marked by this pond and a Hanuman temple. What ones sees is shades of green, what one hears is peacocks.
This was just before I decided to take the plunge, and did a few back strokes watching the trees above and feeling the leaves around. This may sound like a blissful moment, but it was not. The mind stayed. The fear of landing my foot on a thorn or not knowing where to stop, etc etc. Still this had great potential. And there's always 'the next time'. But for this time, I have written in both Hindi and English.
